T-Shirts

Printed t-shirts are typically made using a process called screen printing, also known as silk screening. Here's a step-by-step overview of how it works:

Design creation: The first step in making a printed t-shirt is creating the design that will be printed on it. This design can be created using graphic design software or drawn by hand.

Screen preparation: Next, a screen is prepared by coating it with a light-sensitive emulsion. The emulsion is then exposed to the design, which causes the emulsion to harden in the areas where the design appears.

Printing: Ink is then applied to the screen, and a squeegee is used to press the ink through the areas of the screen that have not been hardened by the emulsion. This creates the desired design on the t-shirt.

Drying and curing: Once the design has been printed on the t-shirt, it is dried and cured using a heat press or oven. This ensures that the ink sets and won't wash out or fade easily.

There are also other methods of printing t-shirts, such as digital printing or heat transfer printing, but screen printing is still the most commonly used method for producing high-quality and long-lasting printed t-shirts.
